This letter confirms my voice
mail to you of today.
As I mentioned, Gary Baldwin has left the company. He left approximately 45 days ago.
I indicated to you that I would bring this matter to the attention of his replacement, Jay Westin
and hopefully re -start the process.
As I recall, Gary checked into the pre -cast concrete structures and discovered that they
would be too heavy for the existing soil conditions. Apparently the sellers of those structures
believed that they would sink into the ground if they were placed on the property. It seems to me
that there must be some sort of solution to this problem. As a result, we will continue to look
into it and will keep you advised. If you have any suggestions, let us know.
Obviously, your continued interest in assisting us is most gratifying. We look forward to
working with you to bring this matter to an amicable resolution.
JFB /scm
cc: North Star Estates
38850
C ,.i
Page 91
