1. The applicant reconstruct the existing parking area in conformance with the <br />performance standards set forth in Section 903.050 of the City Code. <br />2. The site provide bus loading and student drop -off areas in accordance with Section <br />903.060. <br />3. The applicant submit and receive City approval of grading and drainage plans for <br />the new parking area. <br />4. The applicant demonstrate that the site can accommodate sufficient off- street <br />parking for special events (conferences, extracurricular activities, etc.). <br />5. The applicant create adequate site lines at the site's access on Little Canada Road <br />to allow for safe and efficient traffic circulation. <br />6. All exterior lighting shall be arranged to deflect all light away from adjoining <br />residential zones and public streets. <br />7. The applicant is required to either store all trash containers inside the principal <br />building or construct a trash enclosure which screens the trash containers on all <br />four sides and is made of the same materials as the principal building. <br />8.
