I proceeded to do a. site inspection on Friday March 31st
and viewed the following conditions.
Inspection-
L_ There stiltremains the open hole from demolition of-die original home. The hole depth is
apps uximately 4 to 5 feet deep and there is debris scattered around the hole for a distance of 10 to 12
feet. The debris consists of renmants of the old house, wood, giaas, brick, etc. Also, there are several
piles of trees and branches that appear to be ready to be removed.
2. Construction waste from the new home being built is overflowing the 30 cubic yard dumps-ter
that has been placed near the garage. Debris has also been placed around the sides of the container on
account of the fact that it is full. Plywood and lumber is also scattered about
3..Apprmdmateiy 10 to 20 cubic yards of clean fill has been placed on the top of the City's sewer
easement during the rough back fill ofthe house. A silt fence to control erosion is is place along the
property line to the north of 3240 Twin Lake Road and appears to be maintained No dirt has yet to
drain or erode onto the neighboring property.
Action:.
April 3,2000 I placed a phone call to Ben from Pi erred Builders and he assured me the jobsite
would be cleaned up.
Page 20
