Northland Inspections
April 5, 2000
April 6, 2000
I made another site inspection at 3240 Twin Lake Road and found all the before
mentioned problems still existed.
Another phone call was placed to Ben from Preferred Builders and we discussed the
is4"es of garbage and safety. He agreed to the following.
1. Preferred Builders will send a clean -up crew to 3240 Twin Lake Trail to pick up the debris
from around the demolished house and to fence the perimeter of the existing basement until such time it
can be filled in.
2.. Preferred Builders will also clean up around the dumpster and place the loose debris in a
pile. Because of the road restrictions placed on Twin Lake Trail, three ton per axie, by Ramsey County
the Sled container cannot be removed. I expect the restrictions to be lifted in approximately 1 week
whereas a empty container will be brought in and filled and the existing full container will be hauled
away.
3. At the time of final grading, and possibly sooner, the dirt that was placed on the easement
will be removed. I have discussed this with Greg Schroeder, Public Works Director, and a solution will
have to be worked out so that access to the City's manhole can be maintained
Respectfully Submitted,
Stephen 7.
