The property is triangular in shape, with about440 <br />feet along South Owasso, extending to a point about 500 feet south of the street There <br />are several existing trees on the property, including the boundary with the. Water Works, <br />the creek, and the southernmost comer. <br />Conditional Use Permit. The applicant proposes a building which is about 84 feet Tong by. <br />48 feet deep, approximately 4,000 square feet. Under the l -P regulations, this would allow <br />the applicant to request outdoor storage of 3,000 square: feet,- subject to a number -of <br />conditions The site plan sketch indicates.an outdoor storage area of more'than23,000 <br />square feet - .about.seven or eight times: the allowable area.
