The property is triangular in shape, with about440 feet along South Owasso, extending to a point about 500 feet south of the street There are several existing trees on the property, including the boundary with the. Water Works, the creek, and the southernmost comer. Conditional Use Permit. The applicant proposes a building which is about 84 feet Tong by. 48 feet deep, approximately 4,000 square feet. Under the l -P regulations, this would allow the applicant to request outdoor storage of 3,000 square: feet,- subject to a number -of conditions The site plan sketch indicates.an outdoor storage area of more'than23,000 square feet - .about.seven or eight times: the allowable area.
