JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA — CITY OF VADNAIS HEIGHTS <br />Process for considering <br />Twin Lake Pines Plat/Pratt Investment Co. <br />A. PARl'IES <br />This Agreement is entered into pursuant to Minn. Stat. Section 471.59 between <br />the City of Vadnais Heights (Vadnais Heights) and the City of Little Canada <br />(Little Canada), both Minnesota municipal corporations within Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota. <br />B. RECITALS <br />The owner of real property lying within Vadnais Heights and Little Canada is <br />requesting subdivision approval for 14 lots and one outlot for the purpose of <br />constructing 14 single family homes in a plat named Twin Lake Pines Addition <br />(Exhibit A). The property is legally described as follows: <br />All that part of Government Lot 4, Section 31, Township 30, Range <br />22, lying Southerly of Twin Lake Boulevard and Vadnais Boulevard <br />as now laid out and constructed, and lying Easterly of the following <br />described line, towit: Beginning at a point in the North Line of said <br />Government Lot 4, distant 1501.82 feet easterly, measured along the <br />North line of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 31, from the Northwest <br />corner of said Southeast 1/4; thence South 65° 38'21" East, a <br />distance of 112.01 feet; thence South 39° 59'40" West to the shore <br />line of Twin Lake and there terminating. <br />Also all that part of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 31, Township 30, <br />Range 22, lying Southerly of Twin Lake Boulevard and Vadnais <br />Boulevard as now laid out and constructed, and lying Easterly of a <br />line bearing North 65° 38' 21" West from a point in the South line of <br />said Northeast 1/4, distant 1501.82 feet Easterly, measured along said <br />South line, from the Southwest corner of said Northeast 1/4. For <br />purposes of the above description the South line of said Northeast 1/4 <br />is assumed to bear Notch 89° 34' 37" East. <br />Page 60 <br />
