EXHIBIT B <br />7. DISTRICTS ESTABLISHED <br />CHAPTER 7 <br />DISTRICTS ESTABLISHED <br />7,010. Districts Established. For the purposes of this Code, the City shall be divided Into the <br />following Districts, and the uses of structures and land, the height of buildings and the area of premises for <br />buildings are to he uniform in each District: <br />Residence One (R -1) <br />Residence Two (R -2) <br />Residence Three (R -3) <br />Residence Four (R-4) <br />Commercial One (C -1) <br />Commercial Two (C -2) <br />Commercial Three (C -3) <br />Office (0) <br />Office- Business (013) <br />Industrial (I) <br />City Center (CC) <br />Planned Unit (PUD) <br />Water Management (WM) <br />Water Works (WW) <br />Chapter 9 <br />Chapter 10 <br />Chapter 11 <br />Chapter t2 <br />Chapter 13 <br />Chapter 14 <br />Chapter 15 <br />Chapter 16 <br />Chapter 16A <br />Chapter 17 <br />Chapter 18 <br />Chapter I8A <br />Chapter 19 <br />Chapter 19A <br />7.020. Boundaries. The boundaries of said districts shall be shown on the official Zoning Map in the <br />City Hall. No building shall 1m erected or premises used for any purpose unless in compliance with the <br />restrictions prescribed for the district in which the building or premises are located. <br />8. PERMITTED USES IN ALL DISTRICTS <br />8.010. Uses Permitted, In all DIStrieti the following uses are permitted: Piddle utility uses, public <br />parks, provision of underground utilities, and the use of solar energy systems including solar collectors for the <br />use of the particular site, storage facilities, and distribution components for.space heating and cooling and <br />domestic water heating. <br />8.020. Special Uses. Special Uses in all districts: Public buildings, churches and schools. <br />8,030. Mobile Homes Allowed as Temporary Residence. A property owner whose home is rendered <br />uninhabitable by fire or natural disaster may secure a temporary mobile home permit from the City Clerk <br />provided that the property owner plans to rebuild the damaged or destroyed home. Issuance of the permit shall <br />be in the discretion of the City Clerk The permit may be issued without a hearing and within twenty-four (24) <br />hours of the loss, This temporary permit may be renewed after 90 days, subject to reapplication by the property <br />owner. approval by the City Council, and proof that good faith efforts are being made to reconstruct the home. <br />9, RESIDENCE ONE DISTRICT <br />9.010, Purpose. The purpose of the "R -1" District is to provide for low density single family detached <br />dwelling uses and directly related complementary uses, <br />9.020. Uses in the Residence One (R -1) District. <br />(I) Permitted Uses: <br />(a) Single family detached dwellings connected to public sewer containing not more than <br />one dwelling unit, and having direct access to a public street, but not including mobile <br />homes. <br />23 <br />Page 71 <br />
