Section 12. Section 804.030. is hereby amended as follows: 804.030. REGISTRATION FEE. At the time of registration, the person registering shall pay a fee to cover the administrative costs of processing and investigation. The fee shall be as set forth by City Council resolution. Section 13. Section 805.020. is hereby amended as follows: 805.020. APPLICATION AND FEE. Application for a wagon vendor's license shall be made to the City on a form provided by the City. The fee for such license shall be as set forth by City Council resolution with the license period commencing July 1 of each year. The license fee for any part of a year shall be the same as for a full year. The Administrator shall first obtain approval of the Council before issuing such license. Section 14. Section 806.040. is hereby amended as follows: 806.040. LICENSE FEE. The fee for an amusement park license shall be as set forth by City Council resolution. The license fee for any part of a year shall be the same as for a full year. Section 15. Section 807.050. is hereby amended as follows: 807.050. APPLICATION. A motor vehicle repair license shall be issued by the City pursuant to application made by the applicant upon the form to be furnished by the City. The fee for such license shall be established by City Council resolution commencing July 1 of each year. The license fee for any part of a year shall be the same as for a full year. The application shall contain the name and address of the applicant, the location where the license is to be used and such other information as the City may require for purposes of the administration of this Chapter. Section 16. Section 808.030.(A) is hereby amended as follows: (A) The amount to be paid for a license required by Section 808.010. hereof shall be established by City Council resolution. Page 83
