Control Commissioner pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 340A.414, such applicant shall be required to obtain a permit from the City and the fee for such permit shall be as set forth by City Council resolution for any one year or any part thereof expiring on the subsequent July 1 next following the issuance of such license and said permit must be renewed annually on July 1. Section 8. Section 706.040. is hereby amended as follows: 706.040. LICENSE FEE. The applicant shall pay to the City at the time of filing of his /her application, a license fee as set forth by City Council resolution. The City shall thereupon deliver to such applicant duplicate receipts therefor containing a statement of the purpose for which such deposit was made and one of said receipts shall be attached to and filed with said application. Section 9. Section 801.040. is hereby amended as follows: 801.040. LICENSE FEE. Where the gasoline filling station as herein defined is located wholly on private property, the annual license fee for such license shall be as established by Council resolution. The annual license year shall commence July 1 of each year. Licenses for less than one (1) year shall be prorated on a monthly basis of 1 1/2 for each month or portion thereof. Section 10. Section 802.050. is hereby amended as follows: 802.050. LICENSE FEE. The annual Tobacco Products license fee shall be determined by resolution of the City Council. If the application is made after January 1, the annual fee shall be pro -rated on a monthly basis. Section 11. Section 803.020. is hereby amended as follows: 803.020. APPLICATION, FEE AND LICENSE PERIOD. Application for used car dealers licenses shall be made to the City on a form to be furnished by the City. The fee for such license shall be determined by City Council resolution with the license period commencing July 1 of each year. The license fee for any part of a year shall be the same as for a full year. All applications to engage in used car business must be submitted by the Administrator to the City Council at its next regular meeting before such license may be issued. Page 82
