According to the applicant, he will operate 20 <br />billiard tables. The property is zoned PUD (Planned Unit Development). This section of the code lists five criteria to weigh when considering a <br />request for a pool hall. These criteria and staffs findings for each are listed below. <br />1. If located within a shopping center, the use has its own exclusive exterior access. <br />Finding: Staff finds that Suite 420 of the Market Place Mall has its own exclusive <br />access. <br />2.
