Marco Construction, an extension of the Final <br />Plat approval for R.1 MARCO BUSINESS CENTER, which expires February 25, 2000. Due to <br />the historic title complications with the MnDOT land that was conveyed to the City, then to R.J. <br />Marco, the plat completion has been delayed.
