Exhibit "A" <br />RESIDENTIAL LEASE <br />THIS LEASE AGREEMENT, is made and entered into on this day of <br />2000, by and between the City of Little Canada, hereinafter referred to as <br />Lessor, and <br />hereinafter referred to as Lessee. Lessor does hereby Demise, Lease and Let to Lessee, and <br />Lessee hires and takes as tenant of Lessor, the property located at <br />in the City of Little Canada, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, and legally described as <br />follows, to -wit: <br />(the "Demised Premises ") to be used and occupied by Lessee as a personal residence, and for no <br />other purpose whatsoever, together with all appurtenances, for a term of to <br />commence on , 2000, and to end on , 2000, at <br />o'clock .m. <br />Lessee agrees to pay, without demand, to Lessor as rent for the Demised Premises the sum of <br />Eight Hundred Seventy -three Dollars and 19/100 ($873.19) per month in advance on the 1st day <br />of each calendar month beginning , 2000, at 515 Little Canada Road East, <br />City of Little Canada, State of Minnesota, or at such other place as Lessor may designate, <br />PROVIDED, that if said Demised Premises shall be destroyed by fire, this Lease shall terminate, <br />but without rebate of rent paid, or due and unpaid; that should Lessee fail to make the above - <br />mentioned payments as herein specified, or to pay any of the rent aforesaid when due, or shall <br />fail to fulfill any of the covenants or agreements herein contained, then and in that case it shall be <br />lawful for the Lessor to declare this Lease at an end, and re -enter and take possession of said <br />Page 37 <br />
