DvC.22.1999 3 :03PM WEL CITY HALL <br />§7303.140 <br />NO.026'P.6i10 - <br />ZONING CODE §130a.140 <br />11) Vehicular access paints shall create a minimum of conflict with through traffic movement, <br />shall comply with Section 1302.050 of this Code and shall be subject to the approval of <br />the City Engineer. <br />12) All signing and informational or visual communication devices shall be minimized and <br />shall be in compliance with the White Bear Lake Sign Ordinance. <br />13) 1-rovisrans are made to control and reduce noise. <br />14) No outside storage except as allowed in compliance with e) of this subdivision. <br />15) Sale of products other than those specifically mentioned in this subdivision be subject to <br />a conditional use hermit and be in compliance with g) of this subdivision. <br />16) All conditions pertaining to a specific site are subject to change when the Council, upon <br />investigation In relation to a formal request, finds that the general welfare and public <br />betterment can be served as well or better by modifying the conditions. <br />17) The provisions of Section 1301.050, Subd. 2.e) of this Code are considered and <br />satisfactorily met. <br />--7`' e) Open and outdoor storage as a principal use provided that <br />1) The area is fenced and screened from view of the neighboring residential uses or If <br />abutting a Residential District in compliance with Section 1302,030, Subd. 7.a) of this <br />Code. <br />2) Storage is screened from view from the public right -of -way In compliance with Section <br />1302,030, Subd. 9.a) of this Code. <br />3) Storage area is grassed or surfaced to control dust. <br />4) All lighting shall be hooded and so directed that the light source shall not be visibis from <br />the public right-of-way or from neighboring residences and shall be in compliance with <br />Section 1302.030, Subd. g of this Code. <br />5) Does not take up parking space as required for conformity to this Code. <br />6) The provisions of Section 1301.050, Subd. 2.e) of this Code are considered and <br />satisfactorily met <br />t) Open or outdoor service, sale and rental as a principal or accessory use provided that <br />1) Outside services, sales and equipment rental connected with the principal use is limited <br />to thirty (30) percent of the gross floor area of the principal use. <br />350 Changed 11/12/85 <br />Page 109 <br />
