DEC.22.1999 3 :04PM WHL CITY HALL <br />0.026- P.7 /10_ <br />§1303.140 ZONING CODE <br />§1303.140 <br />2) Cutside sales areas are fenced or screened from view of neighboring residential uses or <br />an abutting "R" District in compliance with Section 1302.030, Subd. 7.a) of this Code. <br />3) Ali lighting shall be hooded and so directed that the light source shalt not be visible from <br />the public right-of-way or from neighboring residences and shall be in compliance with <br />Section 1302.030, Subd. 9 of this Code. <br />4) Sales area is grassed or surfaced to control dust <br />5) The use does not take up parking space as required for conformity to this Code. <br />6) The provisions of Section 1301.050, Subd. 2.e) of this Code are considered and <br />satisfactorily met. <br />g) Accessory, enclosed retail, rental or service activity other than that allowed as a permitted use <br />or conditional use within this Section, provided that <br />1) Such use is allowed as a permitted use in a "9 -1" or "9 -2" District. <br />2) Such use does not constitute more than thirty (30) percent of the lot area and not more <br />than fifty (50) percent of the gross floor area of the principal use. <br />3) Adequate off - street parking and off-street loading in compliance with the requirements <br />of Section 1302.050 and 1302.060 of this Code is provided. <br />4) All signing and informational or visual communication devicesshail be in compliance with <br />the White Bear Lake Sign Code. <br />Wkre it csV �t 5) The provisions of Section 1301.050, Subd. 2.e) of this Code are considered and <br />satisfactorily met. <br />h) New and used automobile, truck, recreation vehicle, and trailer sales and showrooms provided <br />that (Ref. 703, 11/12/85) <br />1) Setbacks, Building and Lot Requirements: <br />a. Parking. A minimum fifteen (15) foot wide landscaped yard shall be required and <br />maintained between any public street right- of-way and parking lots or buildings. <br />b. Contiguous Site. Vehicle sales shall be on one (1) lot or contiguous lots not <br />separated by a public street, alley, or other use. <br />0. Lot Width. The minimum lot width shall be one hundred (100) feet at the minimum <br />required front yard setback. <br />d. Lot Area. A minimum lot area of two (2) acres shall be required. <br />e.
