Hanson <br />Attached is a copy of the Pay Equity Implementation Report we are required to submit to <br />the State of Minnesota by January 31, 2000. Upon receipt of this information, the State <br />will conduct statistical analysis to determine if we are in compliance with pay equity <br />regulations. The results of their compliance review will be forwarded to us as soon as it <br />is completed. <br />It is my recommendation that the Council adopt this report as presented. <br />Page 216 <br />
