EXTRACT OF MINUTES <br />OF A MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JANUARY 26, 2000 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Little <br />Canada, Ramsey County, Minnesota was duly called and held at the City Center of said City on <br />the 26th day of January, 2000 at 7:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br />Fahey, LaValle, Morelan, Scalze, and Pedersen <br />And the following were absent: None. <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REAPPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />FOR PROPERTY DIVISION DA 066928 <br />WHEREAS, <br />The Council has reviewed the reapportionment of assessments for Property Division DA 066928 <br />and finds it to be in order: <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE <br />CANADA hereby approves the reapportionment of assessments for Property Division DA <br />066928 as follows: <br />ORIGINAL ASSESSMENT — <br />07- 29 -22 -33 -0003 — <br />Street 98 -24 - $41,938.25 <br />REAPPORTIONMENT — <br />07- 29 -22 -33 -0028 <br />Street 98 -24 - <br />$41,938.25 <br />07- 29 -22 -33 -0029 <br />Street 98024 - $0 <br />The adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Council Member and upon vote <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />LaValle, Morelan, Fahey, Scalze, and Pedersen. <br />And the following voted against same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Council this 26th day of <br />January, 2000. <br />Page 220 <br />
