The applicant indicates this building is used primarily for <br />"Special Projects" related to his construction and transportation (bus) businesses and has <br />a total of three (3) employees. <br />Site and surrounding areas <br />This property is an interior lot located on a .55 acre parcel on the southeast corner of Ryan <br />Lane. The property is zoned "1 -1" Light Industrial. The purpose of the 1 -1 zoning district is <br />to provide for the establishment of warehousing and light or limited industrial development, <br />which, because of the product nature or character of activity requires isolation from <br />residential or commercial use. The principal use within this is building storage /warehouse <br />with some manufacturing and assembly activities.
