MINUTES UNDERSHERIFF GEORGE ALTENDORFER RETIREMENT PRELIMINARY & FINAL PLAT - YORKTON RIDGE ESTATES MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING CITY COUNCIL LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA JUNE 27, 2012 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 27th day of June, 2012 at the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. Mayor William Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following members of the City Council were present at roll call: CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Council Member Council Member Council Member Council Member ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator City Planner Cable TV Producer City Clerk Mr. Bill Blesener Ms. Shelly Boss Mr. John Keis Mr. Mike McGraw Mr. Rick Montour Mr. Joel Hanson Mr. Steve Grittman Mr. Kevin Helander Ms. Kathy Glanzer Ms. Boss introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2012 -6 -108 — APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE JUNE 13, 2012 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. Ayes (5). Nays (0). Resolution adopted. Mayor Blesener read a Proclamation recognizing Undersheriff George Altendorfer for his years of service to the Ramsey County Sheriff's Department and congratulating him on his retirement. Blesener noted that Altendorfer served the citizens of Ramsey County and the City of Little Canada well. Ile noted that a reception will be held for Altendorfer on Thursday, June 28th from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Vadnais Heights Commons. Mayor Blesener opened the Public Hearing to consider the application for preliminary and Final Plat for Yorkton Ridge Estates consisting of three single- family residential lots. The property in question is located at 2921 Condit Street. It was noted that the City Planner and the Planning Commission recommended approval subject to conditions.
