Failure to receive City approval for any such changes to the "two sort" collection/processing systom prior to implementation for City collections or material processing shall be considered by the City as a breach of this Agreement subject to ter inatien: ed. Location. Residential dwelling units shall have their recyclables in the approved containers provided by the Contractor located at the boulevard adjoining the curb on or before 7:00 a.m. on the designated day of collection. 4L. Frequency. Each residential dwelling unit shall have its recyclables collected every -other week (except Gene's Disposal customer who will remain on an every week schedule) on the same day as refuse collection service. The Contractor shall provide an annual calendar to each resident by no later than December 20th that indicates the collection dates for the upcoming year. gl:Reporting. Tonnages of' recyclables collected shall be reported to the City on an annual basis by January 22nd of the following year. These tonnages must be reported by individual materials collected and the place where the recyclables are delivered must be disclosed. If the tonnages are estimates, the method of estimation must also be disclosed and Contractor will do everything possible to ensure the accuracy of estimates. h:g. Conveyance of Recyclables. The Contractor shall be responsible for the safe, legal, and environmentally sound conveyance of all recyclables collected under this Contract. The Contractor shall convey the recyclables to a market that assures these materials will not be landfilled. The Contractor shall not mix other types of refuse or inorganic materials with the recyclables or take any action so as to make the recyclable material unacceptable to the operators of the recycling center. i -h.
