MINUTES <br />CANADIAN <br />DAYS <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JULY 11, 2012 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 11th day of <br />July, 2012 at the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said <br />City. <br />Mayor William Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />ABSENT: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Council Member <br />City Administrator <br />City Attorney <br />City Attorney <br />Cable TV Producer <br />City Clerk <br />Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Ms. Shelly Boss <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Mike McGraw <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />Mr. Joel Hanson <br />Mr. Kevin Beck <br />Mr. Joe Kelly <br />Mr. Kevin Helander <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />Ms. Boss introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2012 -7 -118 — APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE JUNE 27, 2012 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />Mayor Blesener reminded everyone that this year's Canadian Days <br />Celebration will be held August 3, 4, and 5, 2012 at Spooner Park. There <br />are many fun - filled activities scheduled for this event including a corn <br />feed on Friday evening, 5K race and pancake breakfast on Saturday, a <br />parade on Sunday, and carnival rides and the LCRA ball tournament <br />throughout the weekend, just to name a few. Canadian Days buttons are <br />available for $3 at the City Center and at many local businesses as well as <br />at the park. <br />Blesener also reported that some of the Council and members of the <br />Canadian Days Committee visited Little Canada's sister city, and <br />
