MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />AUGUST 8, 2012 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 8th day of <br />August, 2012 at the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said <br />City. <br />Mayor William Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Council Member Ms. Shelly Boss <br />Council Member Mr. John Keis <br />Council Member Mr. Mike McGraw <br />Council Member Mr. Rick Montour <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Mr. Joel Hanson <br />City Engineer Mr. Lee Elfering <br />Cable TV Producer Mr. Kevin Helander <br />City Clerk Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Mr. McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2012 -8 -133 — APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE JULY 25, 2012 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING AND THE <br />JULY 25, 2012 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />CANADIAN On behalf of the entire Council, Mayor Blesener thanked the Canadian <br />DAYS Days Committee for the fantastic celebration that they put on last <br />weekend. He also thanked the Little Canada business community for their <br />festival support, and City staff for their work in maintaining the grounds. <br />CONSENT <br />AGENDA <br />Mr. Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2012 -8 -134 — APPROVING THE CONSENT <br />AGENDA WHICH CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING: <br />
