Hanson <br />The applicant, Mr. Don Valento, has applied for a conditional use permit (CUP) for open <br />and outdoor storage of equipment (damaged and old vintage automobiles) and <br />materials (clips of cars and auto body parts) as an accessory use at 3176 Spruce <br />Street, in Ryan Industrial Park. <br />The applicant indicates that there are three businesses (Wally's Auto Repair, Olympia <br />Glass, and Benchmark Auto) located in this building with approximately four (4) <br />employees at this address on a permanent basis. <br />The proposed open and outdoor storage area is in the side and rear yards as shown on <br />the site plan. <br />Site and surrounding areas <br />This property is an interior lot located on Spruce Street and is zoned "1 -1" Light <br />Industrial.
