You proposed <br />crossing County property north of there to access an existing Metro Waste line in Country Drive. <br />This is preliminary approval for you to locate the line on this County property, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />• The line shall be located on an easement to the City of Little Canada, and the City will be <br />responsible for future maintenance of the sewer. <br />• The sanitary sewer shall be sized to serve future development of the County -owned property. <br />• You must submit preliminary and final plans for our review prior to final County approval. <br />If you have any questions, call me at 651/266 -2609, or Joe Peroutka at 651/482 -5208. <br />Sincerely, <br />ja"•!
