The curb stops are shown at the building locations. These curb stops need <br />to be in an area that is accessible to the City through easement and /or right -of -way <br />so that the City has the ability to operate the curb stop. Either easement needs to be <br />provided up to the building location or the curb stops need to be moved to a different <br />location. There will be easement needed through the parking area to cover the <br />sanitary sewer, this could be utilized for curb stop locations or the curb stops could <br />be placed closer to Rice Street on the right -of -way. <br />• The existing hydrants shown along Rice Street should be adequate for fire protection <br />in the site. <br />If you have any questions regarding any of these comments please call. <br />Sincerely, <br />Howard R.
