Hanson <br />The 1999 Legislature adopted a new law that regulates the license fee cities can charge <br />for amusement centers and machines. The law states that cities can charge only as much <br />as it costs to issue a permit, or $15 per site and $15 per machine, whichever is lower. <br />Based on that new law, attached is an ordinance amendment changing the City's <br />licensing fees. <br />PAGE 159 <br />
