Ducharme <br />Property <br />Division <br />Agenda <br />Item No. 9 <br />Frattalone <br />Fill Permits <br />Agenda <br />Item No. 10 <br />Mr. Ralph Nadeau appeared before the Council requesting approval <br />of two building permits for Ryan Industrial Park. <br />The City Clerk reported that the Building Inspector has reviewed <br />these request and they meet City Code. <br />Mr. Forsberg introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83 -9 -457 — APPROVING THE <br />ISSUANCE OF TWO BUILDING PERMITS AS <br />REQUESTED BY MR. RALPH NADEAU SUBJECT TO <br />THE APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING INSPECTOR <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey. <br />Ayes (3) Forsberg, Fahey, Scalze. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appeared in Resolution Book No. 9, Page 501. <br />The City Clerk reported that Mr. A. Ducharme has submitted a revised <br />property division. <br />Mr. Licht reported that neither he nor the Planning Commission has <br />seen the new proposal. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83 -9 -458 — REFERRING THE <br />REVISED DUCHARME PROPERTY DIVISION TO <br />THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Forsberg. <br />Ayes (3) Fahey, Forsberg, Scalze. <br />Mayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 9, Page 502. <br />Mr. Frank Frattalone appeared before the Council requesting a <br />excavating permit and a land fill permit for his property near <br />Country Drive and Ryan Road. <br />Mr. Frattalone reported that he will also have to go to the RCA <br />for a demolition land fill permit. <br />Mr. Frattalone suggested to the Council that he would like to trade <br />a piece of his property in this area for a piece of City property. <br />Page 18 <br />
