2. The off - street parking areas must be striped with white or yellow paint lines not less <br />than four (4) inches wide. <br />3. The off- street parking must have a continuous curb barrier or concrete curb stops <br />surrounding the front and rear parking area. <br />4. All junk, debris and other equipment mentioned in the background material must be <br />removed from the side and rear yards. <br />5. Green areas must be established and maintained between the street surface and <br />the off - street parking area. (15 ft.) <br />6.
