The items we will still have when all removal is completed will be, one possibly two licensed
pickups, one /two bobcat trailers and a bobcat. We also have a job site trailer that comes back to
the yard from time to time. One or two semi trailers and very small amounts of miscellaneous
construction materials and equipment. We are a strong believer in storing materials and equipment
inside out of the weather, so stored equipment is very minimal. We pride ourselves in running a
clean operation and are doing our best to clean up our site.
We have two people working our of our office on a full time basis. I do not see that number
increasing in the near future.
The east half of our building was previously leased out to a drywall contractor and then to a auto
shop. As I am writing this letter we are in the process of evicting the auto shop. Therefore I
cannot address who or how many will occupy this space in the future.
I hope this letter meets with your approval. Please call me if you have any further questions or
comments regarding this letter.
Sincerely,
D.N.R. Construction Services, Inc.
Daniel Neujahr
Page 74
