He is <br />requesting an 8 foot high fence along the rear lot line. <br />His reasons for the variance are as follows: <br />1. To meet the requirement of fencing a swimming pool. <br />2. To better shield the noise from Co. Rd. C <br />3. Privacy in his rear yard. <br />His lot fronts on Jessica Court and the rear yard abutts <br />Co. Rd.
