Office of:
JOSEPH G. CHLEBECK, Clerk
515 Little Canada Road
Little Canada, Minn. 55117
484 -2177
CITY OF LITTLE CANADA
RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA
MEMO
TO: Mayor and City Council
FROM: Bud Nagovsky
DATE: September 5, 1985
RE: Joe Vitale - -66 Jessica Court
Variance for Fence
MAYOR
Michael Fahay
Mr. Vitale is requesting a variance from 903.020.7.a.3.,
page 19 of the zoning ordinance.
The ordinance allows a 6 1/2 foot high fence. He is
requesting an 8 foot high fence along the rear lot line.
His reasons for the variance are as follows:
1. To meet the requirement of fencing a swimming pool.
2. To better shield the noise from Co. Rd. C
3. Privacy in his rear yard.
His lot fronts on Jessica Court and the rear yard abutts
Co. Rd. C, a high volume traffic road.
If there are no valid objections from the abutting property
owners, my recommendation would be to grant the variance
due to the rear yard abutting an arterial street.
kg
COUNCIL
Beverly Scalze
Bill Btesener
Rick CoHove
Mugs Nardini
