Agenda <br />Item No. 1 <br />Agenda <br />Item No. 2 <br />Approval <br />Of The <br />Minutes <br />Agenda <br />Item No. 3 <br />Vitale <br />Fence <br />Variance <br />Agenda <br />Item No. 4 <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />September 25, 1985 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof "a regular meeting of the <br />Council of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the <br />25th day of September, 1985 in the Council Chambers of the City <br />Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael Fahey chaired the meeting and called it to order at <br />7:30 P.M. and the following members were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mr. Blesener <br />Mayor <br />Councilman <br />Councilman <br />Councilwoman <br />Councilwoman <br />City Clerk <br />City Attorney <br />Consulting Engineer <br />Building Inspector <br />Recording Secretary <br />Mr. Michael Fahey <br />Mr. William Blesener <br />Mr. Rick Collova <br />Ms. Mugs Nardini <br />Mrs. Beverly Scalze <br />Mr. Joseph Chlebeck <br />Mr. Thomas Sweeney <br />Mr. Donald Carley <br />Mr. Bud Nagovsky <br />Mrs. Kathleen Glanzer <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />RESOLUTION NO. 85 -9 -449 — APPROVING THE <br />MINUTES OF THE SEPTEMBER 4 AND 11, 1985 <br />COUNCIL MEETINGS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Ms. Nardini. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Nardini, Collova, Scalze, Fahey. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 12, Page 463. <br />adoption: <br />Mayor Fahey opened the public hearing on the Vitale fence variance request. <br />Mr. Vitale appeared before the Council and requested that he be allowed <br />to put up an 8 —foot fence along his back property line which fronts on <br />County Road C. <br />Fahey pointed out that the Planning Commission and the Building Inspector <br />have recommended approval of the request. <br />Mr. Vitale reported that Mr. Frank Frattalone and the other property owners <br />backing on County Road C from Jessica Court would also Like an 8 —foot fence <br />along their back property lines. <br />Page —1— <br />
