Hanson <br />RE: Property Acquisition at 2925 -2935 Country Drive <br />Dear Mr. & Mrs. Nadeau: <br />This letter is a representation with respect to the sale and purchase of your property at the above - <br />referenced address described as follows: <br />That part of Lots 10, 11, 12 and Lot C of Nadeau Addition lying Westerly of Country Drive <br />and lying North of a line 190.88 feet North of the South line of the Northeast Quarter, <br />Section 6, Township 29, Range 22, Ramsey County, Minnesota, and South of a line 435.6 <br />feet North of said South line of the Northeast Quarter. Also, the East 100 feet of the West <br />278 feet of the North 244.72 feet of the South 435.60 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the <br />Northeast Quarter, in Section 6, Township 29, Range 22, Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br />The City of Little Canada, pursuant to statutory authority, has entered into and completed <br />negotiations with respect to purchasing this property as legally described above. The property <br />was acquired for public purposes. Had the City been unsuccessful in negotiating this purchase, I <br />would have recommended the use of eminent domain pursuant to Minn. Stat. §117.01 for <br />facilitating our redevelopment project. This letter is evidence that the City Council would have <br />concurred with my recommendation. <br />Sincerely, <br />Joel R.
