Hanson <br />As you may know, we have been experiencing leakage on the east roof of the Old Fire <br />Hall. This portion of the roof was not replaced with the recent renovations of this <br />structure. <br />Specifications for replacement of this roof section were prepared based on the work done <br />on the west half of the roof. I received the following proposals: <br />* Berwall $14,731 (Did work on west portion) <br />* Walker 20,300 <br />* Meisen No Bid <br />It is my recommendation that staff be authorized to accept the Berwall proposal and enter <br />into a contract with them for this work. <br />Page 4 <br />
