5. The applicant must supply the Building Official with a land survey establishing true <br />boundary lines, which must be completed by a Registered Land Surveyor prior to <br />installation of the fence. <br />6. The storage area must be surfaced and maintained with asphalt, concrete, or Class <br />V material. <br />7. All lighting shall be hooded and so directed that the light source shall not be visible <br />from the public right -of -way and must be in compliance with Section 903.020.1. <br />8. The required nine (9) parking spaces must be established. <br />9. An updated site plan showing required parking (9 spaces) must be submitted to the <br />Zoning Administrator. <br />10. Property compliance with other zoning code issues mentioned in the following <br />section. <br />Other Zoning Code Compliance Issues <br />1. The off - street parking areas and associated drives must be paved with asphalt, <br />bituminous or concrete. (proposed) <br />2. The off- street parking areas must be striped with yellow or white paint lines not less <br />than four (4) inches wide. <br />3. The off - street parking areas must have continuous curbing (may use concrete curb <br />stops) around the entire parking lot. <br />4.
