Hanson <br />Joel, here is a time line of events regarding the evacuation /shelter plans for the mobile home <br />parks. <br />3/9/99 Ramsey County Emergency Services letter advising that the Ramsey County <br />garage is no longer available as a shelter on a 24 hour basis. See attachment 1. <br />3/18/99 Ramsey County Public Health letter outlining State and County requirements for <br />evacuation plans for mobile home parks. See attachments 2 and 3. <br />5/20/99 Letter sent to Northstar Estates and 3020 regarding the shelter status at the <br />Ramsey County garage. See attachments 4 and 5. <br />6/21/99 2 "d letter sent to Northstar Estates requesting an updated evacuation plan. <br />See attachment 6 <br />7/6/99 Letter sent to 3020, and Terrace Heights requesting a copy of their latest <br />evacuation plan. <br />7/12/99 Received evacuation plans from 3020, and Terrace Heights. <br />As of 8/5/99 I have not received any correspondence from NorthStar Estates. <br />Page 96 <br />
