Little Canada Road <br />Little Canada, Minn. 55117 <br />RECEIVED AUG 1 7 1999 <br />City of Little Canada: <br />In regards to the blacktop, parking and landscaping requirements <br />outlined in the Conditional Use Permit, I offer the following time table <br />for the completion of the required work only on the portion of the site <br />east of the west end of the existing building. <br />All blacktop and stripping completed by Bituminous <br />Roadways, Inc. on or before October 1, 1999. <br />All landscaping and tree planting completed by Bever Bros. <br />Landscaping on or before December 31, 1999. <br />Completion of work is dependent upon the weather. <br />Upon receiving a building permit for a building addition 34' X 72' <br />added to the west end of the existing building the following <br />requirements will be agreed to. <br />Termination of tennants lease for use of west lot, on or before <br />April 1, 2000. <br />New building addition landscape, blacktop and parking lot <br />requirements as per submitted plan. <br />All outside storage will comply with required 40' setback, and <br />screening requirements. <br />Sincer <br />R ger Stanke <br />Page 112 <br />
