912A.050. LOT REQUIREMENTS AND SETBACKS. The following <br />minimum requirements shall be observed in a "B -4" District subject <br />to additional requirements, exceptions and modifications set forth <br />in this Ordinance. <br />A. Lot Area: 15,000 square feet <br />B. Lot Width: 100 feet <br />C. Setbacks: <br />1. Front Yards: Not less than forty (40) feet <br />2. Side Yards: <br />a. Abutting residential property or public right - <br />of -way: 40 feet <br />b. Abutting non - residential property: None <br />3. Rear Yards: Not less than twenty (20) feet <br />912A.060. BUILDING REQUIREMENTS. <br />A. Height: No structure shall exceed three (3) stories or <br />thirty -six (36) feet, whichever is least, except as <br />provided herein. <br />Section 3. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and <br />after its passage and publication. <br />Michael I.
