City of Little Canada, Minnesota <br />Ordinance <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 904 AND 912 OF THE LITTLE CANADA <br />CITY CODE, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, BY PROVIDING FOR THE <br />ESTABLISHMENT OF THE 13-4, COMPREHENSIVE BUSINESS ZONING DISTRICT. <br />The City Council of the City of Little Canada hereby ordains: <br />Section 1. <br />Section 904.010, Subd. B. is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />904.010. B. Business Districts <br />1. "B -1 ", Limited Neighborhood Business District <br />2. "B -2 ", Auto - Oriented Business District <br />3. "B -3 ", General Business District <br />4. "B -4 ", Comprehensive Business District <br />5. "B -W ", Business- Warehousing District <br />Section 2. <br />Section 912 is hereby amended by adding the following: <br />Section 912A. "B -4 ", COMPREHENSIVE BUSINESS DISTRICT <br />912A.010. PURPOSE. The purpose of the "B -4 ", Comprehensive <br />Business District is to provide for the establishment of commercial <br />and service activities which provide a mix of business use, <br />including neighborhood, auto - oriented, and general business. This <br />District shall be located in areas of existing business development <br />where mixed commercial activities do not detract from the City's <br />development objectives in the "downtown" area as described in the <br />Comprehensive Plan. <br />912A.020. PERMITTED USES. <br />A. All permitted uses in a "B -1 ", "B -2 ", and "3-3" Districts. <br />912A.030. PERMITTED ACCESSORY USES. <br />A. All permitted accessory uses as allowed in a "B -3" <br />District. <br />912A.040. CONDITIONAL USES. <br />A. All conditional uses as allowed in a "3-1 ", "B -2" or "3-3" <br />District" except where such use may be a conditional use <br />in one district and a permitted use in another, it shall <br />be allowed as a permitted use in the "15-4" District. <br />- Page 146 <br />
