MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />APRIL 8, 2026 <br />Miller introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2026-4-53 — RESCHED ULING THE JUNE 23, 2026 CITY COUNCIL <br />WORKSHOP AND REGULAR MEETING TO MONDAY, JUNE 22, 2026 AT 6. 00 P.M. <br />AND 7.30 P.M. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Kwapick. <br />Ayes (4). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />COUNCIL REPORTS AND MEETING UPDATES <br />Mayor Fischer provided updates on the Safe and Stable Communities meetings. He noted a recent tour <br />the Council was invited to at the new Feelin' MN cannabis shop, recognizing the improvements to the <br />building and excellent branding and security measures.
