MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />APRIL 22, 2026 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of Little Canada, <br />Minnesota, was convened on the 22nd day of April 2026 in the Council Chambers of the City Center <br />located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Tom Fischer called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m., and the following members of the City <br />Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Fischer, Council Members Malone and Miller. <br />Absent: Kwapick. <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Bryce Shearen, Assistant City Administrator Laura Linehan, <br />City Engineer Eric Seaburg, and City Clerk/HR Manager Heidi Heller. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Miller introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2026-4-54 —APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE APRIL 8, 2026, <br />WORKSHOP AND THE APRIL 8, 2026, REGULAR MEETINGS AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Malone. <br />Ayes (3). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />2026 ARBOR DAY PROCLAMATION <br />Mayor Fischer read the 2026 Arbor Day Proclamation. <br />The Assistant City Administrator stated that this is National Volunteer Week and thanked all the <br />community members who have been participating. She noted two additional opportunities occurring <br />on Thursday and Friday; more information can be found on the City website. Tomorrow, join staff, <br />elected officials, and business community members at the new Bailey Hall Event Center for light <br />appetizers. She reminded residents to register online for the 5k Sap Run. <br />Mayor Fischer commented that applications are being accepted through Friday at noon for the vacant <br />seat on the City Council. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />None. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />
