MINUTES <br />CUP FOR OPEN <br />AND OUTDOOR <br />STORAGE — <br />221, 223, 225 <br />RYAN DRIVE — <br />ROBERT WALL <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />SEPTEMBER 9, 1999 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the <br />Planning Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the <br />9th day of September, 1999 in the Council Chambers of the City <br />Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chair John Keis called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />PLANNING COMMISSION: Mr. Scott Barraclough <br />Mr. Tom Duray <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />ABSENT: Mr. Dennis Carson <br />Ms. Faith Kraemer <br />ALSO PRESENT: Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Ms. Elizabeth Mursko, Zoning Admin. <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer, Deputy Clerk <br />There being no corrections to the minutes of the August 12, 1999 <br />and August 25, 1999 meeting those minutes stood approved as <br />submitted. <br />The Commission reviewed the Conditional Use Permit for open <br />and outdoor storage of equipment as an accessory use at 221, 223, <br />and 225 Ryan Drive as requested by Mr. Robert Wall. <br />Mr. Wall indicated that blacktopping of the area at the front of his <br />building will start tomorrow. The other parking areas will be <br />paved on Monday. Wall reported that he is requesting open and <br />outdoor storage on both sides of his building. These storage areas <br />will be screened. He noted that there will be no storage in his 40 <br />foot required front yard; however, he would like the ability to <br />maneuver his equipment within that area when relocating it on the <br />site. <br />Page 17 <br />
