MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />SEPTEMBER 9, 1999 <br />uses in the Park. Therefore, there would be few which could apply <br />for the proof of parking provision. <br />Montour asked about enforcement. The Planner pointed out that <br />proof of parking would be handled through the Conditional Use <br />Permit process. If a CUP is approved, the property owner would <br />have to enter into a development agreement with the City. That <br />agreement would also be recorded against the property. <br />Barraclough recommended approval of the Zoning Code <br />amendment modifying parking supply standards as submitted by <br />the City Planner. <br />Motion seconded by Knudsen. <br />Motion carried 5 — 0. <br />VETERANS' The Deputy Clerk pointed out that the November Planning <br />DAY Commission meeting falls on Veterans' Day.
