Hanson <br />Attached is a resolution and the corresponding documentation relative to the closure of <br />the Historical Society Addition Capital Project Fund. You will note we are transferring <br />$102,579.46 from this fund back to the General Capital Improvement Fund. You will <br />also note that this number does not correspond exactly with the attached spreadsheet <br />summarizing project costs. The difference is attributed to a check to an electrical <br />' contractor that was voided because of a disputed claim. This issue will need to be <br />resolved and will result in a deduct from the General Capital Improvement Fund in the <br />future for the corresponding amount. <br />Staff recommends adoption of the attached resolution as proposed. <br />Page 52 <br />
