A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CLOSURE OF FUND 430 <br />HISTORICAL SOCIETY ADDITION CONSTRUCTION FUND <br />AND TRANSFERRING THE REMAINING BALANCE TO <br />FUND 400 GENEAL CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND <br />WHEREAS, <br />The obligations of the Historical Society construction fund have been completed; and, <br />WHEREAS, <br />The remaining fund balance for this fund is $102,579.46; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE <br />CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />That Council hereby authorizes the closure of the Historical Society Addition Construction Fund <br />(Fund 430) and the transfer of the remaining fund balance to the General Capital Improvement <br />Fund (Fund 400) allocated as follows: <br />Return of original excess transfer amount to Fund 400 plus interest: <br />Historical Society donations and interest to be applied to loan balance: <br />$ 28,207.46 <br />$ 74,372.00 <br />Total Fund Balance $102,579.46 <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Council Member <br />and upon vote taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Fahey, LaValle, Morelan, Pedersen, and Scalze; <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />10/6/99 <br />Page 53 <br />
