NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AGREED, In consideration of the mutual promises and <br />agreements of the parties hereto, that subject to all terms and conditions contained in said <br />Agreement between the parties hereto made and entered into the 13th day of July 1966, the <br />Board hereby grants to the City permission to enter upon portions of said Premises and to there <br />within install, maintain and carry out all Board approved operations in respect to the following: <br />1. Install and maintain storm sewer manhole and outlet pipes, rip rap and filter fabric <br />at Woodlyn Avenue extended, as indicated in Exhibit A, attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference. <br />2. Cause storm water to flow overland across the Premises from said outlet pipes in <br />a manner consistent with accepted storm water system management practices. <br />3. The City or its contractor, shall notify the Board (Mr. Darell Audett) at 651 -766- <br />4150, a minimum of 24 hours prior to construction or maintenance work for <br />location information and inspection. <br />This Agreement is made and executed pursuant to and under the authority of resolution <br />number /'(S—? adopted by the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul on <br />theo2/ yt day of _ Z`�� 1999 and resolution adopted by the Council of the City of Little <br />Canada on the <br />day of , 1999 copies of said resolutions being annexed <br />hereto and by this reference made part hereof the same if set forth herein verbatim. <br />N:\ CLERICAL \BOARD\Agreements \RIDER \i ittl car, <br />PAGE 194 <br />
