TWENTY -FIRST RIDER TO AGREEMENT <br />THIS AGREEMENT, Made this ,2/-"t-day 1999 by and between <br />the BOARD OF WATER COMMISSIONERS, CITY OF SAINT PAUL, ( "Board"), and the <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, ( "City), being the <br />Twenty -First Rider to that certain Agreement made by and between the Board and the City the <br />13th day of July, 1966, and by this reference incorporated herein and made part hereof and with <br />the same intent, purpose and effect as if said Agreement were set forth herein verbatim. <br />WHEREAS, The Board now possesses title to a one - hundred (100) foot wide strip of <br />land located in the NW quarter of Section 6, Township 29 North, Range 22 West, Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota, adjacent to Woodlyn Avenue ( "Premises "); and <br />WHEREAS, The City desires permission to enter upon certain portions of said Premises <br />to thereupon to make surface grade modifications and to construct storm sewer appurtenances <br />and, to intermittently cause storm water to flow overland across the Premises from such <br />appurtenances; and <br />WHEREAS, The Board is willing to grant said permission to the City consistent with the <br />requirements and safety of the works of the Board. <br />PAGE 193 <br />N: \CLERICAL \BOARD\Agreements \RIDER \I i ttl ca <br />
