In checking the calendar on <br />the availability of the Council Chambers, an evening session of 55 Alive Drivers' <br />Training is scheduled on Tuesday, November 23`d, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. The group is <br />too Large to accommodate in the Conference Room. <br />Therefore, it would be staff recommendation that the second meeting in November, as <br />well as the workshop meeting to conduct the City Administrator's performance <br />evaluation, be scheduled for Monday, November 22, 1999. The workshop would begin <br />at 6 p.m. and the regular Council meeting at 7:30 p.m. <br />PAGE 223 <br />
