The <br />zoning of this vacant parcel of property is 'P' Public. The purpose of the Public District <br />is to ensure the city control over those lands now used publicly or semi - publicly, by <br />establishing city review procedures in the event of a change in land use or activity. <br />This parcel is surrounded by the following uses: <br />North Public Works Garage / Public District <br />South Industrial District <br />East Interstate 35E <br />West I -P Industrial Park District (Currently Residential Use) <br />• See attached site plan dated August 22, 1999. <br />Setbacks <br />Front Yards: <br />Side Yards: <br />Rear Yards: <br />Not less than forty (40) feet. <br />a.
