storage of a wood chip pile as indicated on the site plan subject to the following <br />recommendations: <br />1. The Wood Chip Pile must be the exclusive use of the property subject to the permit, <br />and shall not be mixed with other land uses, whether permitted or conditional as this <br />site will not be fully screened from residential uses or public right -of -way. <br />2. The wood chip pile as defined in this report and as shown on the site plan must be <br />contained, maintained and arranged in a manner as to appear orderly. <br />3. The maximum height of the wood chip pile will be fifteen (15) feet. <br />4. The storage area must be surfaced and maintained with a Class V material. <br />5. Other conditions or requirements as specified by City Council deemed necessary to <br />keep the site from becoming a nuisance to the public or adjoining property owners. <br />6. If site becomes a pubic nuisance as determined by the Code Enforcement Officer <br />and /or Public Works Director this use will terminated and restored to a green area. <br />7. This use would sunset upon sale of adjacent Public Works Garage to the north of <br />this property. <br />Attachments <br />1. Site Plan submitted August 27, 1999. <br />2.
