E <br />Little Canada, Minnesota 55117 -1633 <br />RE: MAPLE LEAF COURT DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS <br />PAY ESTIMATE NO. 1 <br />Dear Mr. Hanson: <br />Enclosed are three copies of Partial Pay Estimate No. 1 for Palda & Sons, Inc. on the Maple <br />Leaf Court Drainage Improvements project. The amount earned by the Contractor on this pay <br />estimate is $51,491.70. Withholding retainage of $2,574.59; the amount due the Contractor is <br />$48,917.12 <br />This pay estimate includes the construction of the erosion control blanket /riprap .swale, the curb <br />and gutter along County Road D, and the inlet north of County Road D. We have inspected the <br />work performed by Palda & Sons, Inc. and find it to be in compliance with the plans, <br />specifications and contract documents.
