Finally, the Comprehensive Plan calls for commercial uses on this site, which would <br />include retail or office. The proposed use and zoning district would be consistent with this <br />direction. The applicant's submission includes a floor plan and site plan. He has indicated <br />that a landscape plan would be submitted at a later date.
